Vuk Vujnović
Secretary-General, South East Europe Public Sector Communication Association – SEECOM, Montenegro

Vuk Vujnović is the Secretary-General of SEECOM, a professional association that brings together senior public
sector communicators from 13 countries of South East Europe. Vuk led efforts to introduce a number of initiatives
aimed at advancing open government and boosting public participation in policy making in Montenegro, including
the Citizens’ Voice, South East Europe’s first government e-petitions system. He occupied a number of senior
positions in government communications in the past decade, including as Head of the Montenegrin Government’s
Communications Office from March 2012 until September 2013.
